Lanasamael –
Lanasamael Tualaluphaer came to power in the north of Taure following the Winter of the Rimefire Witches. Her Erotic magic, her innate powers as a Tiefling, and her otherworldly knowledge as a plane traveler made her superior in every way to the lesser mortals she so easily dominated. The bandit gangs of Valldor and Isnedor, the wandering bands of Forendan barbarians, and even the Goblin and Orc tribes of the region fell to her charms.
In July of the year 1048, she swept southward from the Great Northern Barrier, raiding as far south as Graymyst and Handuril in Aesmyr, as far east as Halrholl in Valldor, and west to the very foothills of the Ice Fangs in West Edandor. Yet few were left behind that would decry her presence. Those she could not sway with her magic, she killed. Those who would raise the alarm about her wanton ways, she seduced and publicly embarrassed. Others she visited in their dreams, bringing erotic nightmares that eventually led to insanity.
No prison could hold her. No guard could be trusted to keep her locked up. No granite wall or iron bar could keep her confined. Fire could not burn her. Poison could not slay her.
Naturally, it wasn’t until her fell deeds came to the attention of Queen Rachel of Free Haven that any real chance arose to rid the lands of her banditry.
